The Maharat Pioneers focuses on training Jordanian fresh graduates from Jordanian universities in fields that are in great demand in the current business environment. Such as human resources development, public relations and customer service. A group of 30 graduates are selected at a time with high English skills and excellent communication skills to attend 120 intensive training hours in one of the above mentioned fields delivered by high caliber professional practitioners. Upon completing the training, a job fair is conducted where around 20 companies from different sectors such as telecommunications, services, and banks are invited to interview the Pioneers with the aim of placing them as full time staff members.
